The Peptide Guys is a trading name of PUREPEP LTD (company number 17338339). These terms apply to the website thepeptideguys.co.uk and to every order placed through it. Questions about this document can be sent to hello@thepeptideguys.co.uk.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are ordering in a professional, laboratory or research capacity.

You must acknowledge at checkout that all items are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption.

Your order is an offer to buy. We review every order before accepting it and may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where the research-use acknowledgement is incomplete, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing or listing error has occurred.

A contract is formed only when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

All prices are shown in GBP. PUREPEP LTD is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice can be issued.

Payment is processed by Fena Pay using Open Banking. We do not store your bank credentials.

Listings state the product name, material class, stated quantity, presentation and SKU. We do not describe biological effects, mechanisms or applications, and nothing on this site should be read as guidance on use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. You are responsible for using materials lawfully and in accordance with your own institutional procedures and risk assessments.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
