01Where we deliver
Delivery is united kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
02Dispatch and carrier
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Dispatch is normally one working day after confirmed payment and order acceptance. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
03Tracking
A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking reference is sent when the parcel leaves us.
04Delays and non-delivery
If tracking has not updated for five working days, contact hello@thepeptideguys.co.uk and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 30 days of dispatch.
