PUREPEP LTD (company number 17338339) is the data controller for personal data collected through thepeptideguys.co.uk. Contact hello@thepeptideguys.co.uk for any data protection request.

Order data: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number where provided, order contents and order history.

Payment data: confirmation and reference data returned by Fena Pay. We do not receive or store your online banking credentials.

Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

To perform the contract (processing, dispatching and supporting your order), to comply with legal obligations including accounting records, and for our legitimate interests in fraud prevention, order review and service improvement.

Order and transaction records are kept for six years after the end of the relevant financial year to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Depending on configuration, we use: Fena Pay (payment initiation), Royal Mail (delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and network security), Supabase infrastructure provided through Lovable (application data), and Google Workspace or an equivalent transactional email provider (order emails). Services marked as configuration-dependent are only engaged once enabled for this site.
