01Cancellation
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Business and institutional purchases are not covered by these consumer rights but may be returned under the conditions below.
02Condition of returns
Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging with the batch label intact. Items with broken seals cannot be accepted for reasons of stock integrity and traceability.
03Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of proof of return, whichever is earlier. Standard outbound delivery is refunded on full cancellations; return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
04Faulty or incorrect items
Contact hello@thepeptideguys.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the batch/lot number on the label. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including postage.
